So, this year his focus is on giving back to causes and charitable organisations that are close to his heart. His first embark will be on WA’s highest single pitch building the QV1 to raise funds for the Cancer Council.
When asked, Why Cancer Council Ian replied, “It is something very close to my heart, in the last five years I’ve lost both my parents and brother to cancer, this is my way of honouring them and their fight. I believe it is a disease that has so many different strains and research needed to ensure one day families will not go through its plight.”
In just a few weeks, he will embark on the ambitious trail of abseiling over 40 floors equating to 160 metres.
Realmark founder and Group Managing Director, John Percudani said, “Our Realmark Agents are constantly looking at ways to give back to the communities surrounding them, the group have supported over 23 organisations in the past 30 years locally. As a corporate, we focus on a main community engagement funding and support annually to give back. Our belief is that without the support of our local communities we would not be where we are today. This year we will launch our corporate SOS program Starting Over Support to help families in crisis to get a fresh start in their lives.”
Realmark North Coastal director, Jeanette Bates said, “Ian is such a hard working Agent in every ounce of what he does. We are so impressed with his effort to take on the challenge to give back to the community, we are completely behind him.”
Realmark celebrates 30 years in real estate in 2019 lead by original founders, John and Anita Percudani.
