Q: What made you want to join Realmark?
A: I felt the company was very progressive, innovative and there was a buzz about the place. Joining Realmark Urban felt very right for me. I really aligned with the quality of the sales team there.
Q: What is the area you work in and why?
A: I live and work in Mount Lawley. I love the location and community that has been built there. I think some of the homes are just magic and it is easily one of the best spots in Perth.
Q: Do you specialise in a certain type of property or price range?
A: The Mount Lawley market lends itself to sit slightly higher on the scale due to its proximity to the city and other facilities. Most of the properties I work with are around the $1millon mark.
Q: What is your biggest professional accomplishment to date?
A: I am super proud of the fact I started a business from scratch. Even more so that within four years I was doing over $8million in turnover.
Q: What is your favourite thing about real estate?
A: I like the fact that every day is different. There is never two buyers, sellers or properties the same, you get to help people make one of the biggest life changes you can go through. I also like the flexibility in work hours and where I can work, it creates a really positive lifestyle.
Q: What is your biggest piece of advice to people looking to sell?
A: Tidy up the home! Remove the clutter and make it look really neat. This also goes for outside; clean up the yard. A well-presented home gives the impression it’s been well maintained and well-loved. This makes it easier to sell.
Q: A fun fact about yourself?
A: I love my two dogs, Oscar, a cavoodle, and Ralph, a groodle – I can always be seen walking around Mount Lawley with them!”
