All buyers are required to complete the Realmark COVID-19 Checklist before attending our viewings to help lower the risk of a guest at your property being infected. We will work with buyers who don’t comply with these standards to find alternative ways for them to view your property.
We are communicating with buyers prior to them attending viewings to be extra cautious when entering our clients’ homes and to avoid touching light switches, door handles and surfaces. Our team are readily available to assist buyers should they need anything.
We’ve implemented alternative options for home opens such as: 3D virtual tours and video tours by appointment. And are focusing on buyers’ online experience more than ever.
